Please do not wear make-up when you come to try on the dresses. We want to ensure that dresses are all in top condition. We will also provide gloves for you to wear when handling the dresses.

How much do most of your dresses cost?

New wedding dresses range widely in price. Our prices depend on the price paid for the original dress, the condition of the dress and the type of dress. Generally you can expect to pay 30% - 50% less than the original value.

How do you work out the pricing of the dresses?

The pricing of a dress depends on a number of factors, the price paid for the original dress, the condition of the dress and the type of dress. Generally, pre-loved wedding dresses sell for at least 30% less than the original price. Together with the recent bride, we will work out how much the dress will be marked. We will never sell your dress for less than what is agreed between us without your consent.

Do you hire gowns?

At this stage we do not hire gowns.

Do you sell bridal accessories?

Yes, we will also sell your veil and shoes.

What kind of dresses will you accept?

We only accept designer dresses that are less than 3 years old and in very good condition. If in doubt, please contact us to discuss your particular dress.

What if my dress has not been dry cleaned?

We only take dresses that have been dry cleaned. We recommend that use Bridal Silver Service to have your dress cleaned.

What if I want to alter the dress?

There are so many things one can do to a dress to make it a little more unique or suitable for you. Perhaps some sheer cap sleeves or a layer of lace or a touch of beading. Really, the options are endless. Once you find a dress that is close to what you want, let your imagination run wild with the help of a talented tailor. If you don't have your own tailor, we have an excellent tailor that we can recommend to you. If a dress is not your exact size, you can often have it altered to fit you perfectly.

Do you sell dresses online?

If you do not wish to try on a dress and know exactly what it is that you want, contact us and we can arrange to post a dress to you.

What if you don't have what I am looking for?

We are constantly getting in new styles. So if we don't have exactly what you are looking for, register with us by giving us your contact details and a description of the type of dress you are looking for and we will do our best to find the dress of your dreams for you.

How do I pay for a gown?

You can pay for your gown by cash, credit card, EFTPOS or bank cheque. You must pay for the dress in full at time of purchase.
